Dr Dharmen Patel

Dr Dharmen Patel qualified from Cardiff University in 2005 and has been an associate dentist at Smile House Dental Practice for eight years making him one of our youngest dentists at the practice. With his youth he brings alternative ways of thinking and planning making him a valuable asset to the practice. Dharmen is available at Smile House all week except on a Wednesday. He has recently completed a Master of Science in Implantology from the University of Warwick.

Dharmen has  successfully completed the much coveted Aspire Dental Restorative Course in 2014.

Dharmen held a position as a Senior House Officer in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery at Cardiff Hospital for a year where he was involved in the management of medical and dental emergencies on a daily basis. This has developed his skills in management of patients as well as improving his technical surgical skills.

Having superior surgical skills is essential for Dharmen's interest in dental implantology. Having completed an accredited course in the provision of dental implants, Dharmen is now able to provide our patients with an expert assessment on implant suitability as well as gentle and effective planning and placement of dental implants.

Dharmen has also completed the wy10 bleaching course which allows him to provide our patients with state of the art in surgery or take home teeth whitening kits. He will spend time explaining the pros and cons of his methods to ensure that you are fully comfortable with the choices you make. Our patients can rest assured that they are in experienced and good hands with Dharmen.
