Dental implants

Case Number 1

This young lady presented to us with a upper left baby tooth which wouldn't budge and a canine tooth in the wrong position. She was born without the permanent tooth, a condition known as hypodontia. Hiren used a dental implant with bone grafting to replace the tooth with a single implant retained fixed crown and some dental composite to mask the canine tooth and restore her smile.

Patient fell off her bike and broke 4 front teeth.
Temporarily replaced with a removable
denture, but then permanently restored with an implant retained upper bridge.

This gentleman had an unfortunate accident which resulted in his upper front three teeth being fractured and lost. Dharmen used two dental implants with bone grafting to support a fixed porcelain bridge made by Hiren to replace the missing teeth and do away with the patient's old unsightly and loose denture. Hiren also added some dental composite to the adjacent teeth to improve the symmetry of his smile.
